Couldn't find a description on Cisco's site for this. There are both MP3 and MP4 files to download, though I'm not sure of the wisdom of learning video concepts over an audio file.

Just to be clear, the MP3 files are only the audio portions of the MP4 files - there is no additional content in the MP3 files.Hope you find it helpful...
